My name is Richie, and I am the founder of RV3 Fitness Group, LLC.
For over half a decade, I lived overweight, self-conscious, and uncertain if I could truly change. In August 2025, I was pushing nearly 300 pounds. As of Summer 2026, I'm down over 75 pounds, and I’m still pushing toward the lean physique I set out to achieve.
I didn’t start strong. I didn’t start fit. I didn’t start confident. What I did have was the willingness to keep going.
I understood early that transformation wasn’t going to happen overnight. It would take consistency, grit, patience, and the refusal to quit when progress felt slow. Every setback, every bad day, every moment of doubt was part of the process. That journey is why I coach the way I do now.
I know what it feels like to get into fitness feeling intimidated. I know the frustration of not recognizing yourself in the mirror. I know the hesitation, the self-consciousness, and the voice telling you that maybe you can’t do it.
That’s why my coaching is built around realistic progress, education, accountability, and sustainable change.
Everything I use comes from a combination of education, experience, and relentless trial and error. I don’t expect perfection from my clients. I expect effort, honesty, and consistency.

The goal isn’t just weight loss or gym gains.
The goal is confidence.
The goal is walking into a room without feeling the need to shrink yourself. It’s building discipline that carries into every other part of your life. It’s becoming stronger physically and mentally.
I believe in building sustainable habits that create long-term change. Real transformation comes from consistency repeated over time.
Some days will feel easy. Some days will feel impossible. Most people quit because they expect motivation to carry them the entire way.
It won’t. Progress comes from continuing anyway.
My job as a coach is to help guide you through that process with structure, accountability, education, and support. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, muscle growth, or simply feeling comfortable in your own body again, the process starts the same way: One decision. One workout. One meal. One day at a time.
You do not need to be perfect to succeed. You don't need to compare your behind-the-scenes to someone else’s highlight reel.
Your only competition is the person you were yesterday.
